Building an AI-enabled operating system for entrepreneurship

Founders have access to more information and AI capability than ever, but still struggle to turn ideas into disciplined validation, execution and commercial progress.

The challenge is to make AI useful inside the actual workflow of entrepreneurship rather than simply adding another general-purpose chatbot.

I started work on GrowthApp in March 2024 and incorporated the company in November 2024. As Founder & CEO, I have led product direction, commercialization and partnerships.

GrowthApp combines guided execution, AI-assisted planning and programme-management tools. The product has been used with entrepreneurship programmes, universities and accelerators while the team continues to test where AI creates genuine value for founders and programme managers.

GrowthApp has progressed from an early founder product into a platform used across multiple entrepreneurship programmes. The work is ongoing and continues to inform my thinking about AI adoption, founder behaviour and commercialization.
